Each cake contains 10ml of Sicilian lemon oil and the juice of 1 lemon.
The combination of butter and lemon and the lightness of the sponge
makes this cake irresistible. As a dessert have a slice, with maple syrup
and cream to create a taste experience beyond sublime.

made with ‘Cowslip’ , a local speciality cheese and fresh and tangy

With a fresh cream and rum ganache containing 36% chocolate, it
has a higher chocolate content than milk chocolate and some dark
chocolate. Chocoholics beware! Each large cake has over 150g of
Belgian chocolate. Despite being made with
all this butter, chocolate and cream this cake has a lightness that is
at odds with what your taste buds tell you.

Fabulous Irish fruit cake made with Porter, a dry ruby-black beer
from Black Isle Brewery. Jammed full of sultanas, raisins, currants, candied
lemon and orange peel cooked and soaked in Porter this cake is something else.
The Porter gives the cake a subtle mellow flavour. Very hearty.
Eat smothered in butter or delicious with a slice cheese!
